Homemade Stir Fry

{On the pot first add 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch and salt then add in the sirloin beef. Next, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add it to the beef and stir fry until it is lightly browned and cooked through- Should take between 4 to 5 minutes}

{Make white (or brown depending on your preference) and keep it off to the side until the very end}

{Add 1/2 cup of broth to the same pan, then stir}

{Add broccoli and toss it occasionally sprinkling a tablespoon of water if necessary.}

{Cover the stir-fry, while continuing to toss occasionally}

{Uncover the pan and add ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes- stir fry until fragrant for about 1 minute}

{In a cup stir together soy sauce, remaining 1/2 cup of brother, 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch and water until blended, and stir into the pan. Reduce heat and simmer until it is slightly thickened (1-2 minutes) Then add the rice, sesame, and grilled onions to complete the stir-fry}
