Happy Friday!

This picture I took (above) is not as random as you think. But yes, okay, it's a little random. Since I have somewhat of a snacking problem...I have started to come to a logical yet simple conclusion. The more healthy food I have available to me to snack on, the less I will eat junk. I realized I was only eating junk because it was quick, easy, and always available (sort of like how we were in college). Just kidding. sort of. But seriously, this week my go-to has been cutting up apples and dipping them in carmel, and next week I plan on celery and peanut butter. Mixing a healthy food with somewhat of a treat goes a long way! Anyways, I hope everyone has a great weekend! I am going to Pearl Jam at Wrigley Field tonight!
