DIY: Homemade leg warmers

I know this post is a little premature, but the weather has given me no choice. Considering I can count the number of summer days we had on one hand, I figured I had the green light. I am trying to do a series of at least one DIY post per week, and starting next week I will be adding at least one video episode a week (starring me..ugh)...which will hopefully turn into a series on the blog. Big moves, I know! Anyways, back to the premature fall post. This DIY was easier than a freshman sorority girl. (Not me though dad, don't worry) Take any old sweater- it can be plain or have prints on it (prints can actually be really cute to turn into leg warmers)- take a ruler and mark in chalk two lines to make sure the line you will be cutting is even. Cut the sleeves off in proportion to how high or low you would like your leg warmers to be. Pair them with cute fall boots, and get walking...
