Apple Roses Recipe

I had so much fun making these with my friend (you will be introduced to her blog next week). They are an easy, yet healthy dessert (somewhat). Apple roses are great to bring to an event, party, etc. when you want to show that you put some thought and effort into what you are bringing.

Ingredients:

1. 1 puff pastry sheet
2. 3 apples
3. 5 TBSP sugar or splenda
4. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
5. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
6. 4 cups water
7. 3 TBSP sugar
8. 2 TBSP lemon juice
